Mississippi Customer Insights

1. Since I have my phone all the time, forgetting my ID is not a problem.I love this after I figured out how I needed to take my photo.) When I figured out that the dot needed to move to the 1,2,and 3 circles, it was pretty easy.Had trouble with the text link as others have mentioned and followed the FAQ troubleshooting guides which didn't solve the issue that the link kept opening in browser.

2. Almost gave up until I read a review with a tip that worked: Go to go to your settings -> apps -> your browser app (Chrome for me) -> disable Then go back to the MS ID text link and click it, should open in the app and verify successfully.

3. However, I tried opening Firefoxs options menu and selected "Open in app" and it loaded the link inside the Mobile ID app automatically, and verified my identity.

4. Clicking the link opened up my browser on my phone, for me that's Firefox, and it failed to load.

5. I love that I now have my ID in my phone!!The link that is sent to my phone, will not load.

6. The app also continuously crashes if it doesn't have full permissions to your camera.Only had one issue trying to use web address sent via text.

7. I envision myself forgetting my wallet at home, getting pulled over for speeding, then using this app and my friendly demeanor to avoid the additional charge of driving without a license. This was very easy to set up.

8. After I clink on the link, it keeps saying that there is an error and can not load.

9. Had to go to app and add a link for the web page to open by default.

10. I've seen a lot of complaints that the confirmation text they send you doesn't work, and for me it was also true.

11. Still complete garbage that crashes out at various points for unknown damn reasons.App works wonderful and I haven't got any problems as of yet.
