1. It used to work without any problems but in recent months, everytime I used Pay in Car, it kept telling me that they couldn't find my location.Use to work fine and now the locator doesn't work.
2. God I am never using Mobil again, Lost your card and need to use the app? No worries Mobil will leave you stranded 👍Can never get it to work.
3. Entered new expiry date and CCV numbers and done the whole text verification stuff and the tick to set as new default card but it won't work.
4. I'm mobility impaired which is why I downloaded it.first time using, it took time to understand the interface and selecting the pump.
5. If you go to the find a station part of the app it will show you at the location of the station however when you click on pay in car it gives you the can't find a station.. So GPS is working but not with the pay in car part.
6. Hope you can add that option, as for speed it took time for it to finish the payment, but i think it take time depends on your entire infrastructure.
7. About 1/3 of the time, the app can't locate me or the station has some kind of fault.I dont know if it was me or the app that is troubling.
8. Because the locator never works, pay in car doesn't work.
9. Have tried different petrol stations and uninstalled andreinstalled app cleared cache, etc, but nothing works.
10. After sending in my answers, nothing was mentioned about extending the timing of the rewards, just another email asking for a screenshot of the error.
11. Come on guys, looking at some of reviews here, as if you don't know what the error looks like.Unable to use pay in car, kind of defeats the purpose of having the app.
