1. Full of buttons and links, confusing to navigate and no manual online customer services.2020 Dec: The ICBC Asia app always requires a compulsory update through GooglePlay, otherwise it is stopped.
2. Respond to bugs promptly.Update required every other day, and it freezes with error message after update...what's the point...will terminate my accountOTP problem and unable being recognized.
3. 2021 Jan: 已經兩個月,這個APP依然没有改善。差!劣!It has been 2 months, there is no improvement at all! Poor!Historic transactions are limited to a few days and the option to select larger periods (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, etc.) does not work.
4. A dreadful experienceVery bad app and the function not work, so complicated to do E-transfer to another non ICBC account, Stupid app.
5. This was working in previous APP version s though.Promo for opening a new account with the mobile app but you just can't get the offer because of its incapability to detect a well-taken HKID image.
6. I won't give any stars to this app if Google store allows.I cannot login the apps after updating password on pc.
