This makes us app not really usable for the purpose that it states that it's to be used for.If you delete your photos and don't care about the quality of photos when you recover them - this is a great app for you! I will give it a 4 star if you could implement a way to select multiple photos to recover, and not one by one...add better quality and hat down, you got youself a 5 star from me...It's great for retrieving deleted photos however when you delete a photo since installing the app you find yourself having to scowl through thousands of photos it had retrieved.

Sorry, I'll just give u one starI really love this app....I can see all my deleted photos plus the recent one....but the problem arises when to restore it becsuse has to choose one by one...it's ok if a few hundred photos...but in my case, it's nearly 30k...because the app can't differentiate the deleted and not deleted photos....but still it's better than u can't restore them...tqvmI will admit it is not the greatest, by no means restored all images however it does recover some, including those deleted a while ago, sometimes in bad quality however it's by far the most convenient and easy to use free option I've found.

1. Restart FindMyPhoto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FindMyPhoto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FindMyPhoto" » Open FindMyPhoto – Recover Photos o » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FindMyPhoto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FindMyPhoto – Recover Photos o app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FindMyPhoto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FindMyPhoto – Recover Photos o" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FindMyPhoto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FindMyPhoto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FindMyPhoto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FindMyPhoto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FindMyPhoto not working

2. Fix FindMyPhoto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FindMyPhoto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FindMyPhoto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FindMyPhoto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
