1. If I could have given u no stars, that's what I would have done! THIS IS AN APP THAT IS STEALING INFO!! Read the "Terms n Conditions" before you agree!This is such a third class app ever I had used before😡😡😡 it saves your picture and won't delete it no matter how much you tried even after reinstalling I can't delete my pictures in the app never download it such a 3rd class app🤬🤬🤬 I have already tried that it doesn't work even if I clear everything from settings do something 😑😑😑Installed it and had numerous conversations with my messenger app.

Ahahahaha USELESS!Hii dear Plz solve my problem when i installed this app it was working very smartly but when my friend send a photo to me and suddenly she deleted the photo and suddenly my phone rang and when i tap it so it was showing in written form 'photo' but the photo wasn't showing me plz solve this prblm kindlyPls.

But now it doesn't really works.It can not restore anything before the app was on it so gotta have the app at the time of and tested it out a little did little to none to bring stuff wile it was on my phone anyways with fb messagerThe app does not show the contents of the deleted messages, it just shows you the time and the name of the person only.

1. Fix UNDELETE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNDELETE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNDELETE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNDELETE" » Open UNDELETE - Recover Deleted FB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNDELETE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNDELETE - Recover Deleted FB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNDELETE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNDELETE - Recover Deleted FB " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNDELETE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNDELETE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNDELETE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNDELETE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNDELETE not working

2. Fix UNDELETE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNDELETE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNDELETE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNDELETE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
