The app provides two modes of connectivity depending on model; Automower® Connect for long-range connectivity using cellular communication, and Automower® Connect@Home for short-range connectivity using Bluetooth. • Receive push notifications if the mower is stopped or is brought outside the installation. • Send Start, Pause and Park commands to the mower. • Have the mower’s complete menu system on your mobile device. • View and change the mower settings, e. g. timers and cutting height. • Take advantage of the high resolution and color display on your mobile device to enhance the interaction with the mower. • Track your mower’s GPS position in real time. • Receive push notification alarm in the event of theft.

1. I would also love the ability to remotely control the mower from the application or at least click on the map to send it to a specific part of the lawn similar to itobot zonesApp works as expected, however, it needs some additions.

2. Another nice feature would be to schedule areas, right now you can schedule the mower and percentage of time per mow, would be great iif I could schedule backyard 1 day and front yard the next.

3. A feature I feel they should include is a depiction of the coverage map, as drawn by the system, like iRobot does when their Roomba app.The interface on the mower is pretty clunky, not 'back friendly'.

4. I try to park my mower until further notice while it's raining and the home icon just spins and doesn't send the signal.

1. Fix Automower Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Automower Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Automower Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Automower Connect" » Open Automower Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Automower Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Automower Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Automower Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Automower Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Automower Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Automower Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Automower Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Automower Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Automower Connect not working

2. Fix Automower Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Automower Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Automower Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Automower Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
