1. So many connection issues, I don't really trust the app anymore.2 yr fail Just the most aggravating loading circles, troubleshooting issue messaging, useless clips of people "walking away", outdated giant camera having, waste of money system in the market.
2. Soon as my contract is up I'm leaving.....never to return while telling everyone I know to NEVER use this company.Cameras are always saying disconnected, video quality sucks even with the video camera less then 10 feet from the router.
3. Tech support says its because I have it on high video quality so they then turned it to low quality video witch is fussy looking and works just as crappy as high quality.
4. This system is completely unreliable and nothing gets fixed and they charge you hand over fist if you wanna break your contract.
5. Ive had more tech out to my home than i can count yet no one has ever corrected the problem and no one seems to know why the camera doesnt work as it should.
6. I use the Android version of this app version 4.10.7. Until the previous release the associated widgets worked perfectly allowing me to manipulate the warming state of the system with one button.
7. stuck with them in a 5yr contract! never again! do not recommend them.Driveway camera won't record.
8. Do not recommend this company.worst alarm company ever! they won't sent out a tech.. I guess they go by tiers and they won't send someone out until you've reached tier 3.
9. So my rating has dropped from a 4 to a 3.Horrible..... The door camera as well as the app are both useless and unreliable.
10. My boor camera never works.....corrections, it works 2xs out of the month.
11. God Bless ur patience with the employee in charge of "security by reliant"....get u an ITT graduate or a 12 yr w an iPad on staffDoorbell and app are unreliable.
