1. After I customized a link there was three of them, then I'll hide one and it hides all three and then I go back and look and they're all gone then I try to unhide it and then there's one? It definitely has some glitches that need to be worked out.It's perfect for now but more features should be added things like earn per click (that is the links been monetize), real time notification features.... I'm rating this app because I have expected them to make some improvement in areas I mentioned above which they have not done as at now and also found out that I can't delete my expired link so improve in this feature area then I will come back and rate you 5star again but overall the app is good but not the best.It is very unstable.

2. Overall it is useful for Influencers, Entrepreneurs & Artists to keep messy links organised and not such a eyesore that makes links unattractive.Team, your mobile app is too basic, dull and not user friendly.

3. It is a complete waste of space! Love the questionnaire 😁 can't even enter the app to find out if it's any good, so basically, it's rubbishVery expensive premium subscription that I bought for the redirection feature.

4. In Bitly case, you should allow share option (via Popup) after shortening the URL instead of copying it to clipboard.Hello developers, I want to say that this app is super easy to use and I love it.

5. app just crashes ive cleared cache, uninstalled restarted and reinstalled still no luck.Great app to create links for any site for any purpose.

6. The link interaction & tracking is a nice feature and tagging bitlinks is more useful then first thought.

7. In my case, I got an email at the end of day that the 5 redirection attempts that I tried while exploring their service counts against my account so bummer that I've wasted few of those.

8. My only complaint is the lack of features or settings in the app, it leaves it feeling bare or just plain basic.

9. But, the reason behind I gave this five stars is because, time to time, it would stop responding, lag, and sometimes my files/pictures would delete on its own.

10. Every redirect settings that you change on your URL counts against the limited 10 that you have as a premium user but you'll only know about it after you've used up few.

1. Fix Bitly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bitly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bitly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bitly" » Open Bitly: Connections Platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bitly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bitly: Connections Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bitly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bitly: Connections Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bitly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bitly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bitly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bitly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bitly not working

2. Fix Bitly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bitly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bitly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bitly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
