1. And then open them on my desktop.As an Android user this app is trash the newest update doesn't let me log in using my companies MS365 login which I used to create my account.. I'm sure I could work around it logging into the browser and adding password but I shouldn't have too, also the search and find feature is the pits... I swear I could admit to a crime in a hive task and no one would ever know ... I never can find what I'm looking for even if I have the exact phrase to search for a task... 0 stars app, 2.5* browserThankfully they fixed the crashing issue.

2. This rating is only for the app.LOVE Hive on PC/Mac, please fix the app!! Crashes a lot when using message features, only now I can't open it at all on my Pixel 4a, instant crashing and the app won't load.Love the idea, great so far, but we need dark mode ❤️Best productivity app that I've used.

3. I see no way to actually have my actions sorted by date? Doesn't this make the entire app worthless as a project management type app.The PC/Browser version is so good.

4. Search doesn't work at all, and there isn't even an option to view or edit your timesheet.

5. Their android (not sure about ios) development team has done the worst job they could possibly do.

1. Fix Hive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hive" » Open Hive - The Productivity Platfo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hive - The Productivity Platfo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hive - The Productivity Platfo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hive not working

2. Fix Hive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
