Why should I report an Issue with Hitask - Manage Team Tasks and?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of human > computer to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Guess what: nothing change.i dont see notifications, feel problems in setting reminder time however it should be flexible so that we can set time in minutes and notification sound cannot be changed or set, we should be able to set any sound we want from our phone for notifications the way we want... push notifications should go like a call or sms buzzing the one to wake up and do the task.

2. I especially like that all recurring tasks show in the calendar (and not do the thing where the recurrence activates only after the last task is ticked).I love Hitask web a lot, however, the app doesn't work that well.

7. I've been double charged for the past 4 months and there is literally no other way of reaching customer service other than the chat on the website, it doesn't even feel like you're talking to someone.

8. One issue that troubled was that the printed version of a project (group of tasks) display even some deleted tasks that didn't show up anymore in the editing screen.

9. The current version (18.1) duplicate any tasks after date editing and syncing, deleting them is easy but I really hope you guys fix that bug on the next release.

1. Fix Hitask Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hitask: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hitask App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hitask" » Open Hitask - Manage Team Tasks and » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hitask » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hitask - Manage Team Tasks and app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hitask servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hitask - Manage Team Tasks and" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hitask app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hitask might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hitask. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hitask then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hitask not working

2. Fix Hitask Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hitask be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hitask not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hitask may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
