1. Please fix asapI told my Gf she had a specific personality trait and she took a quiz on this app and it proved what I said... Couldn't be more satisfied with an appIt doesn't even work i press the answer and it doesn't move to the next questionthis is a really fun app but It's a littel glitchy but that's okayIt didn't work when I was answering the questions it didn't go on to the next question.

2. For a person who doesn't drink alcohol at all, found it difficult to answer a particular question .I want the old quizony back, the one where you can message, make stories, and actually have fun.For an outdated version of Android, does not work.

1. Fix Quizony Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quizony: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quizony App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quizony" » Open Quizony - Personality Quizzes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quizony » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quizony - Personality Quizzes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quizony servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quizony - Personality Quizzes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quizony app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quizony might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quizony. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quizony then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quizony not working

2. Fix Quizony Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quizony be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quizony not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quizony may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
