1. Trying to reorder also tells you to pick a size? What? How about letting me put it in my cart first? Also can't even get back to fav/recent if you start a new order.I used to love this shop and a major reason is that me and my kids could customize the sandwiches in tons of ways to our liking.

Redeeming discounts only works in checkout not by hitting the "redeem" button, occasionally just fails to process payments, discounts don't work right (only took $6.00 off of a 'free' $8 sandwich, removes all configuration if you edit an item, confusing flow if screens if you ever try to go back during checkout.

3. This appears to be an intentional change both in app and in store and there is no reason to eat there ever again.It has been 13 years since I have stepped into a Which Wich restaurant.

4. It hadn't saved ANY of the options I selected, resulting in a plain sandwich.Please fix your apps ordering features.

5. Ordered a sandwich with multiple toppings, and when I got my order, all of the toppings were missing.

6. The app only allows 4 simple changes to the sandwich, no cheese substitution, no extra veggies (like pepper mix), and no sauce options.

7. You eventually get a text(not even through the app) telling you that door dash is actually delivering your food, and then having you go through their website for more information.

8. I've tried every version, and they all have bugs, crashing issues, sometime double charge, and sometime fail to send in orders.

9. The menu has been changed to the most popular sandwiches that has been sold over the years.

10. Can't use saved orders or edit orders as I am building them to include additional toppings.

11. I tried entering the barcode from my receipt and the app still shows invalid signature and 0 points.

1. Fix Which Wich Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Which Wich: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Which Wich App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Which Wich" » Open Which Wich » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Which Wich » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Which Wich app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Which Wich servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Which Wich" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Which Wich app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Which Wich might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Which Wich. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Which Wich then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Which Wich not working

2. Fix Which Wich Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Which Wich be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Which Wich not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Which Wich may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
