10K-A-Day Customer Insights

1. It should be able to sync data from Google Fit everytime it opens instead of just twice a day.The app does not sync with my Samsung Watch.

2. My app now syncs as intended, and I am a happy camper! Thank you!This app does not sync with my Garmin HR; however, I love competition so I'm trying to use it to track my points in my organization.

3. I have to sync my Garmin watch multiple times, turn off/on my bluetooth, turn off/on my phone to log in the steps.

4. You can minimize bad reviews by making it obvious which trackers are compatible without requiring download to figure it out, or by broadening compatibility.Terrible tracker- will not sync I am using this for a competition and the sync capacity is horrendous.

5. I had to install google fit and use a 3rd party health sync app that I paid for in order to sync my steps.

6. I give you a big fat ZERO.Doesnt sync I downloaded google fit on my android device and still no update.

7. Your app gives you the option to Sync with Google Fit, but it NEVER syncs! I've checked all of my settings several times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 10K-A-Day Issues

1. Fix 10K-A-Day Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 10K-A-Day: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 10K-A-Day App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "10K-A-Day" » Open 10K-A-Day » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 10K-A-Day » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 10K-A-Day app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 10K-A-Day servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "10K-A-Day" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 10K-A-Day app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 10K-A-Day might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 10K-A-Day. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 10K-A-Day then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 10K-A-Day not working


2. Fix 10K-A-Day Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 10K-A-Day be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 10K-A-Day not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 10K-A-Day may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
