1. A digital version of the donor card is the most useful part of this app, but taking a picture of your donor card does the same thing without this app wasting phone storage.SERIOUS BUGS!!! Impossible to redeem points using online store.

2. Either update the schedule in the app or tape posters next to Walmart's door, cause I missed it last time and a mobile is the only way I'm able to donate.App used to be great, could do everything in the app.

4. Cut out the middle and just use the web page.App works fine once inside, but the app link doesn't show up anywhere but the play store.

5. The app doesn't allow saving login username and password in a vault or biometric login.

6. Least they could do is have a warning so you can use them beforehand instead of being surprised when you're thinking you'll be able to redeem them with that mindset.Once inside the app, it's fine.

1. Fix TBC Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TBC Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TBC Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TBC Now" » Open TBC Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TBC Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TBC Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TBC Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TBC Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TBC Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TBC Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TBC Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TBC Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TBC Now not working

2. Fix TBC Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TBC Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TBC Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TBC Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
