1. Now the app won't connect, won't send up dated connection status, won't send photos ( if the camera is even taking them) and when I go to the Mobile settings sheet it comes up for 3 seconds and blanks out! I have no earthly idea why they couldn't just leave a good thing alone while it worked! Hope this makes it all the way to the top of Spartans chain of command!This is my third review in a coyote of weeks.

2. Photos are mixed into my phones camera roll, meaning I have to scroll through hundreds of photos from my spartan cams to find my own photos.

3. It is a really terrible user experience that will cause me to recommend competitors' products instead.!!!BEWARE!!! When I click on pictures older than 2 days I just get a black screen.

4. I did set up my camera through the Windows.Occasional glitch when trying to load new pics.. you have to manually close the app and restart it.. love the live features! Would be really nice to have a black background.

5. Also, to be able to see all of your pictures as thumbnails at one time without having to go into each individual camera.It is "ok" It downloads to a folder on the device.

6. It also sometimes doesn't show any photos until the aps open for a few mins, then it starts downloading them, it's not a setting, does it on wifi or lte I find myself using the portal more than the app.

7. Especially when you are sitting in that stand in a couple hours!Whomever decided to make an "Update" on this camera just before or during the beginning of hunting season ROYALLY screwed up.

8. Very disappointing when you scroll through the pictures and see a decent buck and click on it and it black.

9. This app automatically saves all of the pictures to my gallery and Google photos.

10. When I open up a camera's gallery and start scrolling, it automatically scrolls to the bottom.

11. I can get 3 photos at once or 25 at once - meaning my phone will BING 25 times (and vibrate 50 times), so annoying and unnecessary.

1. Fix Spartan Camera Management Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spartan Camera Management: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spartan Camera Management App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spartan Camera Management" » Open Spartan Camera Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spartan Camera Management » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spartan Camera Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spartan Camera Management servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spartan Camera Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spartan Camera Management app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spartan Camera Management might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spartan Camera Management. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spartan Camera Management then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spartan Camera Management not working

2. Fix Spartan Camera Management Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spartan Camera Management be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spartan Camera Management not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spartan Camera Management may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
