1. I don't prefer the "scroll up" feature when selecting choices as occasionally transitions at a slow pace, and it makes for a slower workflow in comparison to simple screen changes/cuts.After years of using this app it just gets worse and the recent update to the plan of care is horrible.
2. bulky and just HORRIBLE.I wish the app can use a full screen on Samsung Dex, It will make for us clinician to complete our note much easy and faster.glitches, App completely disappeared!!! EXTREMELY difficult to re-installUpdates are terrible.
3. so if, for instance, you are an on call nurse and need to leave in the middle of a visit and you don't get back to that note before you have to see that patient again, you can't chart in the system.
4. Half of my time is trying to figure Point care ex.-Updating, syncing, entering in patient/client info, recieving nurmerous errors ect.
5. Is the developer of Pointcare even in the healthcare field or ever taken care of anyone who needs medical assistance? It's terribly slow.
6. It was bad before not even more mountainous and and Indian mission start of care packet is the worstthis program is tedious.
7. also, you must chart on every system, there's no charting by exception.Horrible program.
8. I understand the billing staff likes this program but no one else in the company doesas a clinician I HATE this system.
9. it doesn't allow new charting on a patient if you have started a note and that note is incomplete.
10. Too intrusive during patient visits, too difficult to see what other clinicians have charted.
11. The recieving facility said it was useless for them and unless I could send something comprehensive they would have to schedule a full exam before they could admit.
