MyHealthONE Customer Insights

1. The share option for my lab and study results is a very useful tool.i bear a deep grudge against meditech for being overly glitchy, erasing record entries randomly, & not always working.

2. Trying to create an account and it sends me the verification number to my email, then when i put in the verification number it says email isn't available try another one.It's nearly impossible to add dependent minors.

3. I had to call the HealthONE I.T. desk to have them add my infant daughter to my own unused profile, just to view records online.

4. It's the same on this app.i love the fact that I have access to my medical records and can utilize them whenever I need access to them.

5. Cause my doctor and my neurologist need those records of what happened.This app is a joke.

6. Everything is here....Great app! I just wish other hospitals had this featureit cannot seem to load any of my records.

7. Downgraded to a single star since help for this app's failure, from anywhere, is unavailable.Can't put in the expiration date for a credit card.

8. i would give it a good score, but this is guilt by association from a disgruntled former worker.Waited nearly 2 weeks for important results.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyHealthONE Issues

1. Fix MyHealthONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyHealthONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyHealthONE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyHealthONE" » Open MyHealthONE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyHealthONE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyHealthONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyHealthONE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyHealthONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyHealthONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyHealthONE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyHealthONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyHealthONE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyHealthONE not working


2. Fix MyHealthONE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyHealthONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyHealthONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyHealthONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
