1. Update: now it randomly steals money off your account and trys to refill your account automatically.Requires location to function, despite not needing it to choose your facility.
2. But when I try to go through the app, there are so many issues connecting to the machines or the machines taking my money and not starting.It works great but I do have a couple complaints.
3. The app shows that it's took in the money, and the machine shows that it's took in the money, but if I leave before it says start successful, it double charges me.
4. It times out and gives me an error code that I cannot find any info on!!! Troubleshooting advice was give access to video and pics (really?!), uninstall, force stop, restart phone or load an older version.
5. When it does want to work, it at least does the job of starting the right machine when you expect it, but everything else about it feels horribly executed and doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in its security.
6. To add extra time to the dryer it makes me do .25 cents at a time (7 minutes) when I should have the option to choose and that's also inconvenient If they fixed these 2 things I'd happily give it 5 starsThis is a pretty convenient app.
7. Also requires payments of at least $10 at once, when it could just charge per load (and there's no option to swipe a card directly at the machine, necessitating the app).The app is generally put together very poorly.
8. I am 99.999999% certain of the password I used when I made it, and I was even able to try countless combinations of it thanks to the lack of an industry-standard "max failed login attempts" function that usually prevents you from doing so.
9. The very slight convenience this app provides is not worth all of the glaring security issues I imagine lie behind the scenes.Relatively reliable app, user experience sucks.
10. The time it says remaining in the app is not always on par with the actual time remaining and that sucks for when you go to switch them.
11. I can't select to do multiple drier cycles, so I have to go through the entire process to start the dryer for the equivalent of every quarter I put in.
I am trying reset my password I forgot and the reset email is not getting to my email account. I double check spelling errors, I tried making a new account (it won't let me as I only have one phone number.) I have received Washboard emails before and do not understand what the problem is now. I cannot remember my password from last ski season and now can't wash my clothes please reply soon.

It’s been working SMOOTHLY for a year. Why go fixing things that aren’t broken when they’re perfected from the start!? You guys are great company can you give this note/email to your IT guy so that he can make the proper adjustment. I have a serious complaint but not with you guys! Our owner bought speed queen quantum machines but they don't address any 3rd party pay services. I was using CleanPayMobile in a prior complex and now I am at my sisters complex and understand that I need to get registered under this wifi since my prior complex used a different wifi for their laundry machines. What I did was delete my previous account so that I could set up a new account to use at my sisters place. When I deleted it and tried to register under this wifi, it is not letting me register because it is stating that my phone number is already registered, but I deleted my other account already. Please let me know what to do so I can resolve this issue with the app, so I can easily do my laundry. Thank you.
I got signed out of the app. My password wasn't working. Have attempted to recover several times. Have received zero emails from you guys for the recovery. I have checked my folders several times. My debit card is on file, always has been. When I go to refill account it says “card not registered”. But when I go to “edit my card” it says it’s registered and wants me to re-enter it. It won’t let me add another card because when I do it says error code and it wasn’t registered right. Basically it says my card is on file but it’s not registered when I go to refill my account.
