1. Is this just an app housing ads?I mistakenly deleted my photos twice and I am so glad I was able to retrieve them! More than hallmark moments they were from 1921 to a 1pound 6oz infant that is still alive about to have her 1st child! Thank youYeah seem's easy and straight forward.ok that's what I did have written but this app accidentally erased my items after I gave it a five star rating.

2. So far, 6 apps I've downloaded (& then uninstalled) have all failed in doing what they say...none retrieve DELETED PICS FROM GALLERY ON SAMSUNG NOTE 9! 😕 I guess my pics are lost for good, unfortunately 🤯I deleted some pictures by accident and with this app they were restored within seconds.

3. Was able to restore the pics I wanted! ONE CAVEAT! - The restored pics are in a new/separate folder! NOT a problem - just need to be aware!Crock of 💩! Only retrieves pictures already stored in your gallery, not any of the deleted pictures I needed😡.

1. Fix Restore Deleted Photos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Restore Deleted Photos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Restore Deleted Photos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Restore Deleted Photos" » Open Restore Deleted Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Restore Deleted Photos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Restore Deleted Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Restore Deleted Photos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Restore Deleted Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Restore Deleted Photos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Restore Deleted Photos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Restore Deleted Photos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Restore Deleted Photos then reinstall.
