Thanks.I know this is one of the best apps that you could possibly have in the event that you were stuck without transportation and had to walk as I have many times you would want to have this app that way you could know when the bus will pick you up we deal with some of the harshest conditions in the state of Oklahoma we go from negative to positive numbers in the temperature just a simple degree can kill you do by being able to project exactly what time a bus to arrive in a bus will leaveHorrible app, no bus schedules.

2. When I open up the app, it gets stuck on a message that says it is "Initializing application... Retrieving site information" and it hasn't gotten past that after several restarts and leaving it for over an hour.

3. And lately it has felt like a vortex, but I doubt it's the phone's fault.Very good when you need information about rides.

1. Fix EMBARK Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EMBARK Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EMBARK Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EMBARK Connect" » Open EMBARK Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EMBARK Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EMBARK Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EMBARK Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EMBARK Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EMBARK Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EMBARK Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EMBARK Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EMBARK Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EMBARK Connect not working

2. Fix EMBARK Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EMBARK Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EMBARK Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EMBARK Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
