1. I have only use the app once and I have found a major discrepancy that I can't even imagine how it is possible that their two systems were given different data ! I hope the train management is safer ! That's very worrying !Not only is the UX abysmally bad and has even managed to get worse since this new app was introduced, requiring me to go through countless screens and enter the same information several times (no I do not want to make an account and offer personal information on a platter), but I can't even buy a ticket for a bus! If there's a train later, I can always purchase a ticket for it and use that on the bus, but some days there are only busses and the app becomes useless: back to good old printed onesI'm happy to see that the app has really improved since last time a used some years ago! 👍 It was very useful to find door to door itinerary.
2. My husband's international flight had a major delay, so we needed to exchange his train ticket, which was in face exchangeable... but the app wouldn't let him book the next train in an exchange.
3. Visual clutter everywhere, it's extremely easy to click a wrong thing and then have to redo the searchQuite good but information regarding my train platform was incorrect.
4. Does seem a bit bloated (100mb), and time wasting intro and "let's take a tour of the app" animations -- more traditional and simple would be better for a train app -- but overall it fulfilled its function without undue hassle.Really bad UX.

I have a SNCF ID. I can login to my account on Mac. I cannot login in to the SNCF Connect webpage on my iPhone (I've tried Safari and Firefox), I cannot log in the the SNCF Connect app.
