1. This app is garbage.Works well and tells me what's the closest to me in form of transportation once the trains shut down for cleaning.Horrible interface you get a message saying your ride is not eligible and cannot make rides in the future.

1. Fix Essential Connector Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Essential Connector: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Essential Connector » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Essential Connector app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Essential Connector servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Essential Connector" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
