1. I have been using this app for several years now and honestly I respect the company a lot because they are very approachable and easy to access on a phone if you need to speak with them.Very slow at times, and as another reviewer stated the camera now is iffy as to how the pictures come out - which is a necessary function for most missions our company builds.

2. restarting the app, the device, the missions, logging out and back in, deleting the app, nothing fixes this, it hits at complete random, and is detrimental to my position at work.

3. I can't complete missions routinely, because it will not allow me to answer questions after starting the missions at complete random.

4. And when GSC is slow makes it frustrating to complete stores.Easy to use and relatively quick.Good app to use for auditing / merchandising to make sure you don't miss anything.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoSpotCheck" » Open GoSpotCheck » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoSpotCheck » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GoSpotCheck app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoSpotCheck servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoSpotCheck" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GoSpotCheck app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoSpotCheck might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GoSpotCheck. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoSpotCheck then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoSpotCheck not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoSpotCheck be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
