HighLevel Customer Insights

1. When it works it half works because there is a strong likely hood there may be delays with loading, blank screens, black screens etc as mentioned in the reviews.The app was used to be very smooth after the last update you guys changed the ui and now its very laggy and even some times the app just force stop me and my company is using your app from the past 1 year please fix this issue ASAPI have 2 different companies using the same app as part of their crm.

2. For reference, I have an Android (Google Pixel 3a), and for a long time the push notifications kept pushing, but when I clicked on them only a blank, white screen popped up.

3. Worst bug of them all is the fact I can't make a phone call and then keep the phone call connected while I go over to the client card to verify their information.

4. There needs to be a setting that allows the app to keep the phone awake while on a call.

5. Guess what just happened to my wife who also has the app? She tried clicking into it today and a blank, white screen is all she gets (she has a Google Pixel 3).

6. Now when I click the icon to enter the app, the same thing happens: a blank, white screen.

7. I don't know why you'd remove the ability to add a new customer directly to the calendar like before...I've been using for 2 months and the app glitches daily or freezes.

8. Also my phone goes to sleep while on a call and that also cuts the call.

9. I've been using this for about a week now and while there are definitely some pros to the app and platform there are some cons on the app side that annoy me.

10. The fact it hung up on my client was not good at all.Terrible UI and functionality "improvements" with the recent update.

11. I have to manually keep touching the screen to keep it awake while in the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HighLevel Issues

1. Fix HighLevel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HighLevel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HighLevel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HighLevel" » Open HighLevel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HighLevel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HighLevel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HighLevel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HighLevel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HighLevel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HighLevel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HighLevel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HighLevel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HighLevel not working


2. Fix HighLevel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HighLevel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HighLevel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HighLevel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
