1. When I went to pick up a car it wasn't where it was supposed to me, they CHARGED ME the 15 minutes I had to walk to the car's location after saying they would credit my booking for the time.
2. Also none of your help articles speak to the UI meaning it is impossible to fix anything without having to call or email you.Good range of vehicles that are easy to access.
3. Clunky two-finger map scrolling on embedded web page while the actual web page wobbles around under it and popups keep obscuring the page.Go Get's customer service is terrible & they will rip you off whenever they can.
4. Today the app didn't allow me to extend my booking then they fined me $25 dollars because I went over time Useless.
5. The staff that help are very lovely and helpful But the GoGet app is REALLY bad! It's so buggy 90% it doesn't work.
6. Phone numbers don't work if you need help - just get a disconnected messageReally useful.
7. After getting it all saved, they decided my photos were not clear enough, despite being so clear that every line and blemish on my face was visible.
8. It gives me the welcome every time, ironically with the "don't show again" still checked from last time.
9. Pricing is fair and the vehicles are regularly cleaned.Didn't even get past sign up stage.
10. When I select 'Not Now' when opening app having a box about location permission pop-up is not required everytime.
11. Just frustrates in many ways before even entering the app.If the app wasn't so annoying to get to existing bookings I would rate higher.
I would like to cancel my membership, not downgrade but cancel.
