1. Set your android phone as text speech alarm.
2. Application will pronounce current time on user specified hours.
3. Hourly Reminder / Alarm Clock.
4. You can choice alarm types: beep, speech or custom wav/ogg files, no ads, open-source, GPLv3.
1. i also wish dnd didn't wake up this 'alarm type' chime, but it can still be set as a 'ringtone type' to silence it for dnd and i understand it's just a limitation of android really great work and thought put into this one, plus it's open source!Excellent.
2. now i can hear my animal crossing bell chime every hour of my leisure day to remind me that i need to get out of my big comfy chair :) only thing i feel it is missing is a per-day chime schedule option.
3. I can't hold back from 5 stars but I do have to say I'm a bit disappointed the "hourly reminder" function doesn't (unless I'm missing a setting) push a notification to the device, which would let me get it on my Fitbit.I have this set to make an unobtrusive ding every half hour.
4. Useful in Bongland where the bobbys will nick you if your bongs sound like tweetys. It's GREAT and FREE, but has some small problems.
5. Allows a number of permutation & combinations and the added advantage is the option to beep or say the time.
6. BUG: when I set for reminders only between 21h-22h, it also notifies at 22:30 and with a super strange TTS voice (I set it to Portuguese-Brazil); seems like someone is being tortured (maybe its using Portuguese-Portugal)this is absolutely 98% perfect.
7. You are using Google TTS services, there're plenty of voices there.App does exactly what it says, and does it very well, and has many settings to make sure you're getting exactly what you want out of it.
8. The app would get cancelled by the OS and it detected it and suggested, correctly, which setting to fix.. Beep option works great.
9. Easy to use and understand, and does exactly what it promises, including a few neat, advanced tricks in the settings if you want them.
10. Offer custom beep tones? Please fix the quiet voice and ringtone drowned out by music.
11. AND it's open-source— i.e. made in the spirit of perfecting and sharing good & useful technology, free for all (if it matters, that means the app is forever AD FREE).
