I didn't realize before and have missed the a couple of alerts to realize a reset is needed everyday, which makes the app not useful at all I did disable the battery saving and it doesn't workMisrepresentation of app - this is trial-ware where after a while they will turn off app if you don't pay up.

3. I always put all volumes at zero.It seems with my new phone the beep is the tone I choose but also the system notification tone.

1. Fix Beep Hourly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beep Hourly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beep Hourly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beep Hourly" » Open Beep Hourly - Your hourly chim » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beep Hourly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beep Hourly - Your hourly chim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beep Hourly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beep Hourly - Your hourly chim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beep Hourly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beep Hourly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beep Hourly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beep Hourly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beep Hourly not working
