1. Enterprise CarShare is a membership-based car-sharing program that allows you to rent a vehicle when you need it - by the hour, day or overnight.

1. It's cheaper to get an Uber or Free Now cab in most cases.Great concept, the vehicles are good, the app works, the price is ok, BUT... the call centre is absolutely hopeless.

2. Tried contacting them, and they said the price shown at booking was an estimative - What do they estimate? That I won't drive and keep the car parked? For twice that price, I could rent a car for a day.

7. Far too expensive! The minimum price to hire a small hatchback for a day has gone to £86.

8. Finally we ended the trip without using early return button, and the app said, "you will be penalise for late return".

9. I don't remember when the last time was that I had to visit a branch 3 times for them to do what the App was supposed to do in seconds.

10. Put the call centre in the UK and staff it properly!!The app is fine, but the service is just not worth it.

1. Fix Enterprise CarShare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enterprise CarShare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enterprise CarShare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enterprise CarShare" » Open Enterprise CarShare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enterprise CarShare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enterprise CarShare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enterprise CarShare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enterprise CarShare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enterprise CarShare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enterprise CarShare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enterprise CarShare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enterprise CarShare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enterprise CarShare not working

2. Fix Enterprise CarShare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enterprise CarShare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enterprise CarShare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enterprise CarShare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
