Why should I report an Issue with iStock by Getty Images?

Once image is in full screen mode, going back to the selection panel is not possible without exiting the app completely (back buttons all exit the app) Maybe viewing panel should have a lower resolution for viewing, iStock images are generally larger so this could explain some of the functionality comments from user feedback.

This is not a cheap license to buy the mobile app must work properly.My first impression was great, you can search the images of what do you want and can download the image/photo, the people talk about the app delay to load, but maybe the phones of them are lazy, I don't know, but I can use the app without problems.

3. Please don't download because it is a terrible waste of time and an app that simply shouldn't exist.It makes you wonder why istock go to the trouble of making a nice looking App that just doesn't work at all.

4. It hangs when trying to get any photos so is totally pointless.If it didn't keep crashing my phone and actually did what it's designed to do - it would be great, but it DOES keep stalling & crashing my phone.

5. Every time I serch an image and then click on the image or video the app stops working and just closes the app.

6. In addition, after I select an image I want to save I am not able to return to my search at all.

7. On top of that if you hit the back button it exits the app and you loose your image you were serching even if you reopen the app.

8. Clicking share to Google Drive shared a file with no extension or usage available.The app is terrible.

9. I tried saving an image to a board and nothing happened after 10 second.

10. Loading of images once selected is slow even on 5G wifi.

11. Uninstalling.I don't know about the website, but the app barely loads... feels like my internet connection is a dial-up.

1. Fix iStock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iStock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iStock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iStock" » Open iStock by Getty Images » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iStock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iStock by Getty Images app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iStock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iStock by Getty Images" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iStock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iStock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iStock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iStock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iStock not working

2. Fix iStock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iStock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iStock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iStock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
