Getty Images Customer Insights

1. The Getty Images mobile application is a beautiful and amazing experience! I particularly appreciate the 'Similar Images' and the 'More Images From This Photographer' sections that appear on-screen after checking on the details of an individual photograph, as well as the Lists/Collections feature and functionality that allows me to sort my favourite images into defined sections and subgroups.

2. As another reviewer stated file size is only 25kb thats very poor low quality.I love Getty images but this app is buggy as hell.

3. If i turn off animation on my system it shows me black screen after start.A good time pass for watching high quality pictures of popular people.

4. I know one can find such pictures on internet else where but Getty Images pictures are always HD kind of, even the pictures belonging to 90s and before. The service is great, way better than their competitors in the market.

5. The app user experience is very smooth, streamlined, world-class, upscale, and quality.I would recommendLearning with pictures is the best way you can learn anything faster than without and remember it for long.

6. Customer service is not responding after weeks despite claiming they would respond within 3 working daysQuality of the saved/downloaded photo is blurry up close compared to the same photo with watermark on app before its downloaded.

7. Very useful App especially for those who want to improve their vocabulary.Love the photo quality and variety, but I can't log in.

8. My account works just fine on the website but the app acts like I never input my credentials when I try to log in.I can't sign in into the app, tried reinstalling the app, still doesn't work.

9. Any suggestions?App used to work very well but now it is not possible to login.

10. But I can only sign in trough the browser.

11. I always search first here, then try other apps.
