1. Thank you.How am I supposed to feel about being lied for the 3 free trials if only 1 is usable and the other 2 gets wasted because of your faulty app automatically disconnecting my connection? And I know the timer limit is 20 minutes per use but it disconnects way instantly after connecting even before 10 seconds.In your app i dont know which server is giving high connectivity for this i have to click on every country and check.

2. I had looked for so long for a VPN that would let me use Netflix from Thailand for free, because I was trying to get a certain series that was only availible in Thailand and Hong Kong, and while Hong Kong's server detected the VPN, I connected to Thailand's, and downloaded the whole series.

6. After few updates you made this app the worst vpn app, i have ever used.im trying to create an account but there is a problem with verification code.

7. I've entered my E mail ID, it says the verification code has been sent, but i haven't received any Verification code as a mail.

8. I felt that it is not still that bad but now I don't know whether it is a bug or something but when I connect to a server after some 30 - 40 mins the server automatically gets disconnected which shouldn't become .

9. You just gave the country list continent wise but not showing the ping in side for this i have to click on that country n open it.

1. Fix FlyVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlyVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlyVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlyVPN" » Open FlyVPN - Secure & Fast VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlyVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlyVPN - Secure & Fast VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlyVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlyVPN - Secure & Fast VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlyVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlyVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlyVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlyVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlyVPN not working

2. Fix FlyVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlyVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlyVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlyVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
