1. Thanks to the developers.So after using the free version and sampling all my videos, I buy pro version and half the videos I try and open (that opened in free version) cause the app to crash once it gets to 100%, very frustratedI am not getting any sound when I open the video in VideoVerb Pro, and not able to add reverb to the video!! Please help resolve the issue ASAP.Works great for me , puts the reverb on my voice and I don't even notice it on everything else which is exactly what I want .

2. Ended up getting a refundExcellent app to easily make your video songs sound wonderful with elegant reverb effect.

3. In other words the time duration of the video isn't being exported from video verb pro.Works great and I really like the reverbs.

4. However, when I go into Google photos and select the video the video will play for me but it doesn't show the duration of the video in seconds in the top right corner of the frame.

5. I'll be trying it out tonight .This app is terrible! Every video ends up with a squeaky background sound that hurts your ears! Definitely not worth it.

6. When I add reverb to my video I export it from the app as video.

7. Therefore, when I try to upload the video onto Facebook I am told that I can't upload the video coz it is less than a second in length.

8. This app is adding some strange sounds in higher frequencies that are not originally there they are really unpleasant and they are destroying all beauty of this app :/ please FIX!All videos save with 0:00 time and are unusable.

10. My best regards.Guys I paid for this app and I'm disappointed because it was not cheap, when you play RAW sound in app and compare it with original raw sound in original camera application.

1. Fix VideoVerb Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VideoVerb Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VideoVerb Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VideoVerb Pro" » Open VideoVerb Pro: Add Reverb to Y » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VideoVerb Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VideoVerb Pro: Add Reverb to Y app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VideoVerb Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VideoVerb Pro: Add Reverb to Y" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VideoVerb Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VideoVerb Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VideoVerb Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VideoVerb Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VideoVerb Pro not working

2. Fix VideoVerb Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VideoVerb Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VideoVerb Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VideoVerb Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
