1. 🙏I love this app, im not a professional singer...i just use it for my chakra toning vids... Ive had a few glitches but it was fixed soon as i messaged the developer with a very quick response... Thankyou 🙏You changed the Outer Space from a reverb to a delay and now it seems like i cant use it as i did before.Hi the app is awesome but at the last update when you use the arena reverb it's not working well like before and it's creating a deep reverb at low adjustmentFor an app that you have to pay money to use it, it's a scam.

2. *Edit: Thank you, I made some alterations and was able to export a proper version (after trimming the video to not be so long) and saw the 3 day free period for signing up for the subscription.

3. Even when I try to export an audio or video without being able to preview it beforehand, I can't find the file anywhere on my phone, not even on the folder where VideoVerb is located.

4. After signing up for a three day free trial (red flag #1) I opened up a video and tried to preview one of the preset reverbs.

5. I understand that this is not the purpose of the app, but it would be even better if you could also reverb audios and not just videos so that you don't have to convert your reverbed videos to MP3 once you install the reverbed video.

6. I loved the sound, exported my one free video, and it only exported the very end of the audio, and somehow moved it to the beginning of my video.

7. The option to "buy a custom reverb" was front and center the whole time but I didn't want that.

8. the output video file had the audio completely distinct and not lined up.

9. Don't waste your money with this app.One free export didn't work for me.

10. So I had audio from the end of the video start at the beginning, not synced, and the middle and end of the video had no audio.

11. I'm not going to pay for something that didn't work the first time I tried it.??? This app sucks.This is a nice app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VideoVerb Issues

1. Fix VideoVerb Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VideoVerb: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VideoVerb App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VideoVerb" » Open VideoVerb: Add Reverb to Video » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VideoVerb » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VideoVerb: Add Reverb to Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VideoVerb servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VideoVerb: Add Reverb to Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VideoVerb app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VideoVerb might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VideoVerb. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VideoVerb then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VideoVerb not working


2. Fix VideoVerb Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VideoVerb be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VideoVerb not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VideoVerb may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

i signed up for the 3 day trial, tried it for a day and decided that iit was not for me sso i canceled on the second day and when the subscription expired even thought ihad cancelled on the second day you guys tried to charge me the monthly subscription and now until i pay i cant download any apps bacause apple wont allow it because i have a pending payment you guys need to fix this
