fromAtoB Customer Insights

1. There is no airport in Holesov !! Absolutely waste of time and storage space ."There are no matching trips" even for routes that should be covered by all advertised means covered by the app (like FFM - Hamburg or Berlin) but then gives you notifications to check out options for the last routes you checked hours before (that had no matching trips and still don't, after the notifications 👍)Exceptional app if you are going to or from a place that doesn't have an airport.

2. Cheap and efficient.It asks you to let them have access to your data, like images videos and so on, when you don't allow it, the app is not more usable and ask you to let us have access to your private data.Great app, I wish you guys could resume work, I refused deleting the app from my phone because I'm hoping you'll come back.this is not for getting you from a to b, as promised, this is purely about just offering connections with tickets that you can sell to make money.

3. Also, with flight tickets, it's still complicated because of its interface.Ripp off! Avoid at all costs!!! The app itself has a beautiful layout & is simple to use, was planning to make this my go to app for all travel needs....... but I was charged for a ticket I never received and no response from 6 emails and 15 phone calls.

4. Other than that convenient and minimalistic appThe app is convinient to use and cool, but; why you put the next month as a starting month for booking? I have to now cancel ticket, because I assumed you would but the current month instead of next one.

5. I travel regularly by bus and train from a town named Holesov to Prague , but according to this app there are no bus or train services between these towns ! Instead , it offers extortionate priced flights.

6. No public bus, tram, no connections within one city etc..Always amount is taken for booking but ticket not booked.

7. Check yoursI don't know in which land the users who gave 5 stars live , but I agree with the ones who found this app useless.

8. Just a recording "you've called outside of our working hours 10am - 12:00" (I called non stop between 10:14 - 11:58).

9. When you click on the calendar selector, it says "select dates" and I try to select multiple dates as on the website.

10. Update - Received just 1 email, asking how can I help & mentioning hrs.

11. O/w amazing for train travel as well.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix fromAtoB Issues

1. Fix fromAtoB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart fromAtoB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the fromAtoB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "fromAtoB" » Open fromAtoB: tickets for train, bus & flights » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for fromAtoB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear fromAtoB: tickets for train, bus & flights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from fromAtoB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "fromAtoB: tickets for train, bus & flights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check fromAtoB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, fromAtoB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall fromAtoB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall fromAtoB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing fromAtoB not working


2. Fix fromAtoB Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make fromAtoB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to fromAtoB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, fromAtoB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
