1. An excellent resource, especially for local news, events, and food/restaurant reviews.Message kept appearing stating unable to sign in, call customer service..not worth the time - never was able to pull up any articles.

2. If I pause reading a story for too long, it times out and takes me back to the first page of the paper,Works good except for the crossword puzzles, they come out on 3 pages when you print them.

3. Other than that I would miss my News Press if anthing happened to the app.It is very enjoyable to read the print version on my tablet.

4. I hold back one star because of the way i have to jump thru hoops to delete an issue after reading it, cannot select a single issue to delete if i have more than one saved.

5. I try to sign out and resign in and it won't load.It is a pleasure to be able to read the e-edition of the newspaper.

1. Restart The News-Press eNewspaper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The News-Press eNewspaper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The News-Press eNewspaper" » Open The News-Press eNewspaper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The News-Press eNewspaper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The News-Press eNewspaper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The News-Press eNewspaper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The News-Press eNewspaper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The News-Press eNewspaper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The News-Press eNewspaper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The News-Press eNewspaper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The News-Press eNewspaper then reinstall.
