1. ever.Its great but why would you want to pay almost three dollers for a magazine on your phone in the stores i get but not on your phone.The app crashes every time I try to turn a page, utterly unacceptable since I paid to read it.Dies every time I try to turn a page.

2. Alternative Press may have the worst digital division in magazine history.I would not suggest getting this app until they update it.

3. As I said, not impressed at all.Why is this app so sucky with downloads? They stop partway through EVERY TIME, and restarting it a billion times never helps.It just tells me how to use the app.

4. Over half of the pages of one of the magazines I was trying to read were completely blank and the app keeps crashing.

5. Based on the age of the reviews it appears the app was abandoned sometime in 2017 or 18, so don't bother.Worst. app.

6. The recent magazines have not been working and keeps force shutting down the app.

7. Doesn't seem to work anymore (using an S20).

1. Fix Alternative Press Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alternative Press: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alternative Press App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alternative Press" » Open Alternative Press » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alternative Press » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alternative Press app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alternative Press servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alternative Press" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alternative Press app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alternative Press might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alternative Press. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alternative Press then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alternative Press not working

2. Fix Alternative Press Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alternative Press be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alternative Press not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alternative Press may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
