Why should I report an Issue with Foap - sell photos & videos?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Foap Poland SP Z. O O. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. now my password is "incorrect" when I'm entering the right one! constantly having "server" problems or "connection issues" when in full signal range! in theory it's a great app, but only ones to ever sell their photos are the ones that pay US$ for coins! cant enter profile information AGAIN to upload more pics, so this app is pretty much a waste of time! DELETING!I've been using Foap for a few years now and while I like the app interface, I don't understand why they still don't have an online interface for uploading.

2. And then when I go to my profile to add a picture there, I get a list of photos that I want to upload and once I tap it, it doesn't upload at all!! Please fix this issue otherwise I'm deleting my account and app.Seems to be a pretty good little app, only just started using it.

3. User friendly, BUT I am having a problem in which, when I go to upload photos it just closes out and goes back to the news feed or whatever else I was in before and I get a notification that an upload is in progress which will stay indefinitely until I force close the app.

4. Will change rating when/if this is fixed and is actually stable enough to useThe reason why I give it two stars is because it does allow you to upload your photos.

5. While it's easy to upload photos from your phone, it adds an unnecessary step to upload anything from a real camera.

6. Don't get frustrated.I find this app very promising.... But it would be nice if you could upload pictures all the time instead of constantly waiting for the picture to NOT be uploaded.

1. Fix Foap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Foap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Foap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Foap" » Open Foap - sell photos & videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Foap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Foap - sell photos & videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Foap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Foap - sell photos & videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Foap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Foap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Foap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Foap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Foap not working

2. Fix Foap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Foap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Foap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Foap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
