Why should I report an Issue with BYLINED - Sell Your Photos?

Also, after receiving an email that my photos have been purchased I haven't received any further communication or payment.Can you update your security setting so i can log in though facebook and secondly i was informed about 3 months ago that 2 of my photos were sold that it would take 30 days for payment and i havent heard anything from you guys so it would be great if you sent me an email that you have on file yo update me or ill just sum it up as a total scamThis app is Amazing! I have sold three photos already and they pay out the most I have seen then any other photo selling app.

2. Plz fix.Does not work,I installed twice and the app does not work.Cant even get past opening the app.Dont waiste your time.I absolutely love this app, great missions and very fast payment! Awesome! :)Cant use facebook to create an account and gets stuck on the loading to create with an email.

3. The app itself can be buggy and there's room for improvement but it gets the job done.Access denied all the time so cannot sign in.

4. I have uninstalled reinstalled several times and it still tells me access denied.Unsure yet, just because I haven't had the time to use the app to it's fullest yet.

5. I love this app- payout for images is about 5 times more than most other stock contributor sites.

6. I have already received funds for sales of my images, although it took about 2 months but was well worth the wait.

1. Fix BYLINED Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BYLINED: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BYLINED App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BYLINED" » Open BYLINED - Sell Your Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BYLINED » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BYLINED - Sell Your Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BYLINED servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BYLINED - Sell Your Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BYLINED app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BYLINED might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BYLINED. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BYLINED then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BYLINED not working

2. Fix BYLINED Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BYLINED be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BYLINED not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BYLINED may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
