1. The only thing I'd say is beware the bars in the bottom right corner are the difficulty level! I went from the beginners course to an an advanced one by accident, big mistake! LmaoGenerally a good app but after a while it becomes quite monotonous with the same music and same voiceover which you're unable to change.
2. But there are several workouts available for free. Some experience needed beforehand because if you weren't already familiar with the names of the poses I think it might be hard to keep up or to have good form but excellent for people who have some experience and want to have personal practice at home.
3. I also found the routines quite fast and it doesn't give you much time to move from one position to the next, which is ok if you're more experienced, but for a beginners it doesn't make it very easy to keep up.After a year of practicing another Yoga app, i decided to try this app and subscribe for a year of membership.
4. I downloaded it on a whim thinking I was probably gonna delete it the week after bc I suffer from quite heavy depression, so finding the motivation to get out of bed is a miracle enough nevermind doing yoga, but the app is so encouraging and so good for beginners.
5. There are, of course, some limitations (e.g. no way to change the music or customize the length of the session), but all an all, a very positive experience.Mostly it's very good, just a few things could be improved.
6. The interface is professional and easy to use and I like that it keeps track of how many times I have done each routine.Beginner yoga was pretty good.
7. Check video from 13:53-14:11 in the Weight Loss&Core session.Love the app so far, it has exactly what I was looking for in a yoga app - not only the classic yoga moves, but also some really challenging stuff such as crow pose.
8. Firstly app seems to be for experts, which is an anomaly as experts would not be the most likely to need this app! The 5min workouts eg seem to try to fit too much in, & it is hard to focus the mind & body when you have to constantly come out of posture to look at the next move/transition.
9. 👍 Good.Videos are very useful, though a bit tricky to watch and do at same time.
10. Would be helpful if instructor's voice could be a bit louder than background music and an option to turn music off would be helpful.
11. This isn't very apparent listening in a phone speaker, but cast to good speakers and it is.
