It isnt even working in my phone i made a video in it nf every thing is done but at last while setting it as a wallpaper it isnt happening its again showing next and loading.The app isn't letting me do anything it keeps stopping..thr is a bug in ur app and u need to get it fixed cuz otherwise this app can be a great app and I saw alot of the comments complaining bout the same thing 🙄..pls get it fixed😬The app works but I constantly have to reapply the screensaver every couple of days which is super annoyingThe app is fine but I wish there was sound to it😭😭😭 what's the use of the live video wallpaper if there is no music😭😭It is a nice app but everytime I press on apply it shows 'unfortunately, it has stopped ' I was looking forward to it please helpIt's a good app.

1. Fix IntoLive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IntoLive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IntoLive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IntoLive" » Open IntoLive - Video To Live Wallpaper for Me » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IntoLive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IntoLive - Video To Live Wallpaper for Me app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IntoLive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IntoLive - Video To Live Wallpaper for Me" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IntoLive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IntoLive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IntoLive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IntoLive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IntoLive not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IntoLive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IntoLive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IntoLive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
