1. This app is great! I've been using it for over a year and the results have been amazing! The UI/UX are really well thought out and designed, everything is customizable, reps, sets, supersets, rest duration etc.
2. Being able to pick all workouts for each session is fantastic but once you begin your actual workout the App loses all of it's charm.
3. You change an unrelated setting (like the rest timer) in the middle of an ongoing workout, and the app will change the entire workout.
4. I find that want workout between 30 and 60 minutes is basically the same (may add a couple warmup movements it a core exercise).
5. The progression algorithm is not very good and it resets your "one rep max" based on your secondary workout which may be low weight for that day.
6. After putting in all of my information initially, it gave me a workout requiring equipment I said I don't have, for muscle groups I did not pick to work on.
7. It has helped me explore new exercises to work my muscles in different ways, and it makes it very easy to track my sets and progress.
8. I do wish the integration with my Samsung Watch 4 was stronger; it seems like a bit of an afterthought right now.Great idea but poor execution and way overpriced.
9. As someone whos worked with a personal trainer and used the app, this works just as good for getting you on schedule and meeting goals.
10. I've tried for 45 mins and 1 hour and I pretty consistently end up working out for about and hour and half.Been a paid subscriber for about 1.5 years with 325 workouts.
11. Fixes are slow for this app and evolution is very minimal, especially for Android.Excellent app! Been using this for about a week since i just started going to the gym.
