1. *The visits will disappear *It continuously loads and doesn't go farther than that *It will tell you that a client isn't found *It won't sync the data in a timely manner *It will tell you that a visit is completed, but then doesn't sync to the system in the computer.
2. Otherwise it's fairly easy to use.. when it's working.. and I've only been using it for about a week..App had several issues when I first started using (Jan 2022) but recent updates seem to have resolved them.
3. People's income depends on this app, and it's pretty hard to keep staff when the app they are required to use doesn't work.
4. As caregivers, we don't even make that much money and now we have to worry about potentially lost wages because we were forced to switch to an app that is glitchy and not even recording the data necessary for us to get paid.
5. This app needs to be further developed and the bugs worked out before being required for the important task of electronic verification of visits.
6. This is the type of junk app I would uninstalled if I wasn't forced to use it for work!I'm trying to checkout but app consistently asking to turn on GPS even though it's on.
7. And on top of all these problems the new app doesn't work with android 4.0 so I had to get a new phone just so I can use this glitchy app for work.
8. I don't have time to call customer service and my office everyday, all day because of technical issues.The app has a lot of problems.
9. Also when I clock in and accidentally close the app it won't save my clock in or if I add a new patient with the add button and just exit out of the app it doesn't save that new patient.Horrible app that ive had to use for several years.
10. It only adds up the whole hours for the week but a break down of the hours each day and to b able to pull up the total hours for even past weeks would be nice.
11. Easy to use, but I still use a backup timesheet app, just in case past issues with disappearing hours occurs again.
