1. Quick and easy to do some things, but it lacks things on the app that the website has such as being able to dispute transactions and moving money between banks without having to go to 2 different ATMs... Yet, on the app, you're able to put a hold on your card rather than on the website -- I've learned this today.

2. And some that did would disappear later.Update 6/22/2023 Horrible card services, if you are getting paid through this card service please transfer it to your own account to avoid problems with app.

3. I went to the website and it said my account was blocked so i had to call customer support so they could reset my account.

5. The new update has messed up the app... Anyone having an issue getting into the app should uninstall and reinstall the app, it will fix that, as it's worked for me.I went in after reading all the bad reviews, a lot of reviews say it crashed on them.

6. There's also no option to cancel credit/debit cards or delete your account on the app itself.Worst app I've ever used.

7. Then things started getting worse and I couldn't see some of my transactions and if I did they weren't in order for when it happened.

8. So what happened to the $0.50 that I was supposed to use? Had customer support cancel the dedit card.

9. And even after you call customer service and explain that you have been trying to log in all day with no luck.

10. Was able to create account but can't login thru the app.

11. Very simple app that lacks a lot of common features other banking apps do, but I'm forced to stick with it because of work for now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fintwist Issues

1. Fix Fintwist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fintwist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fintwist App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fintwist" » Open Fintwist » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fintwist » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fintwist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fintwist servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fintwist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fintwist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fintwist might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fintwist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fintwist then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fintwist not working


2. Fix Fintwist Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fintwist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fintwist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fintwist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I am not being allowed to transfer funds on both the mobile app and the website. When I press the Transfer and Pay button, on the app I get a message telling me you could not verify my information at this time, and to try again later. After that the button stops responding. On the website, when the button is pressed it looks like there should be a drop-down menu, but there is none.
