  • I am not being allowed to transfer funds on both the mobile app and the website. When I press the Transfer and Pay button, on the app I get a message telling me you could not verify my information at this time, and to try again later. After that the button stops responding. On the website, when the button is pressed it looks like there should be a drop-down menu, but there is none.
