1. I just got employed and wanted to get direct deposit but I had to use my other bank because charter oak wouldnt let me see my account and routing number and other other one did.I think the bank its self is fine but when it comes down to your mobile app I'm very unhappy.
2. Are having.. service error.. or check your Internet connection whatever.. I keep updating and trying again.. my savings institute app works fine and use it everyday my charter oak is absolute junk.. it's probably been more than 3 months honestly..very disappointing.
3. Please address for compatibility with Android 11.I am revising my somewhat thoughtless review from June 2020 upwards with the following new thoughts -- Before, I charactized Charter Oak's mobile app as not fully mature, which implies they're thoughtless and I'm clueless.
4. When COFCU got rid of the mobile site and made people get the app you would figure they would make sure it works right???? I had to redo my password just to setup app and second day it's not working.
5. Edit: I managed to change the setting after receiving a response but I'm still not happy that I needed to do it on the desktop site instead of through the app.Its fine but theres one major feature that really should be added.
6. Mobile deposit no longer works as the viewfinder is distorted so deposits cannot be completed at this time.
7. I have been unable to log in for about 3 months.. same issues the other people.
8. Now I see the "To Go" part of the app name which (maybe too quietly) says this is a subset, not equivalent, of the PC online banking service.
9. Everytime they say they fixed the problem it still refuses me mobile access to my account.
10. As a person whose seen your massive and beautiful HQ, I think you can handle paying the devs to do this.Does the job, but requires update for Android 11.
11. It seems charter oak is the only one I cant do that with online, and Ive been looking for a while.
