1. What's the use of having an app that don't function or work correctly.I love the whole idea but I have issues everytime I click on "access protection plan", it says, "web page not available".

2. That's all that needs to be fixed and I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves!!If you want to login to a different customer account on the same phone it wont allow you.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UCES PP Issues

1. Fix UCES PP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UCES PP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UCES PP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UCES PP" » Open UCES PP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UCES PP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UCES PP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UCES PP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UCES PP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UCES PP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UCES PP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UCES PP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UCES PP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UCES PP not working


2. Fix UCES PP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UCES PP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UCES PP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UCES PP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
