People like shopping online during the pandemic don't fix or forceably change what is not broken 😏I usually never write reviews here but i can't keep myself from doing so with this one ... this is the shittiest app ever to buy things, the way it lags every single time i open it, it's impossible to keep using it.

2. This is so inefficient and annoying, not worthy at all.I'm unable to use it since I've updated, keep getting notifications and when I decide to use the app the screens goes white and does not allow me to do anything.

3. Everytime I open a Falabella email and it directa me to the app, it gets stuck; doesn't load the app.It has been 24 days since I bought a tv, and still I don't have it.

4. I'm still getting notifications almost every day but as soon as I want to uses it doesn't work.

5. Tried to uninstall it and install all over again but is not working.Used to be easy to navigate and to finish the purchase, but in the latest update went horrible.

6. I do have the room but it doesn't mean that I want to use it on the Falabella app that worked just fine.
