1. Keep crashingThe previous version was best now this update has created some problem shows too much ads with in 2 second or 5 second and also gets crash too much with in a seconds and doesn't shows those small logos like the previous version does the phone has water proof or not and it supports fast change or not these are the problems.First see 91mobile app.

2. The biggest problem is that if I went to the search, chose android phones, and told it to search, it told me I was being too picky and nobody has created a phone that good yet... Prices were only in Indian currency even though I changed the settings to USD and USA settings (which it should have asked about on first startup).

3. need to update for eg : if a person wants to buy a good gaming phone it should have a sort option if a camera phone than accordinly it will be easier to compare and will have a exact knowledge for what to buy.

4. Shorting option provide according to screen resolution, battery performance, screen size, back camera performance score, front camera performance score, cpu speed.

5. So its better you add a sort option according to the performance makes easier.App(Layout closes) keeps crashing when i try to check specs of a few phones.

6. Also can't search by: screen tech, NFC support, microSD capability, or earphone jack.used to be good until the ads come in, if the ads slot is once a day or twice is ok but this open app and swype for like 5 sec the ad show then another one in 10 sec and then one after another.

10. I use it a lot, but i find that (phone finder) option is so outdated and you can not search for what you want with more accurate information.

1. Fix Mr. Phone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mr. Phone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mr. Phone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mr. Phone" » Open Mr. Phone – Search, Compare & Buy Mobiles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mr. Phone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mr. Phone – Search, Compare & Buy Mobiles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mr. Phone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mr. Phone – Search, Compare & Buy Mobiles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mr. Phone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mr. Phone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mr. Phone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mr. Phone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mr. Phone not working

2. Fix Mr. Phone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mr. Phone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mr. Phone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mr. Phone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
