It's the first time I try this application and honestly speaking, I was worried after reading many bad comments but after booking the first flight, I highly recommend and it's really so easy to use and very good and very cheap comparing to others.. Thank you so much and i hope you don't change in the future and go back..Scammers program.. I booked on Nile Airlines.. I received tickets from Pegasus Airlines.

2. Super unprofessional! I had to miss my flight because of their bad UX and misinformation on their website and then I tried to email them asking for a refund they never helped.

1. Fix Turna Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Turna: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Turna App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Turna" » Open Turna - Flights and Bus Trips » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Turna » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Turna - Flights and Bus Trips app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Turna servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Turna - Flights and Bus Trips" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Turna app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Turna might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Turna. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Turna then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Turna not working
