Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Customer Insights

1. *The rewards program has been great, but I have to do EVERYTHING manually, inside the station...manually swipe my rewards card (the simple rewards program card), manually pay, and everything else.

2. Simply open the app when you're at the station, choose the pump you parked in and authorize with a card in your phone.

3. Otherwise it's nice to have the points but some stations don't abide by this system and I think that's something mobil should not allow.Won't waste time describing app functionality issues.

4. Best to stick with them.Buggy, The App has issues detecting location and will constantly have the previous gas station used to fill up as the preset station when I open the app.

5. Or let's say you are at station that is there but the app will not work because it is not able to find that station that you are parked at at that moment.

6. It gives me an error message about either password or email address is incorrect when attempting to merge my Speed Pass+ login with the new update.

7. The scan the pump function does not work either.

8. I've contacted Mobil and they can't make their horrible App work either.Simply put as others have stated, it doesn't want to work right.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Issues

1. Fix Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Exxon Mobil Rewards+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Exxon Mobil Rewards+" » Open Exxon Mobil Rewards+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Exxon Mobil Rewards+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Exxon Mobil Rewards+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Exxon Mobil Rewards+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Exxon Mobil Rewards+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Exxon Mobil Rewards+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Exxon Mobil Rewards+ then reinstall.
