I feel regret for using this bad korekWhen it tells you something illogical just try again till it works.. like when i registered it told me number used for account, did "forgot password" it told me no user on this number 🤷 ♂️ tried yet again signing up this time it worked, the app is smooth and easy to use inside.Can't receive confirmation code!!!The worst app from korek.

2. Dumb app.I hope to develop the application because it does not work properly and does not rise to be from a solid companyThe worst app ever, Korek services suck.

3. It never functions, the account registration makes 0 sense to a point where it makes you wanna pull your hair out and yell "Why?!?" in confusion.

4. I renewed the password by pressing "forgot my password" then it says failed to log in.Don't subscribe to any of their packages.

5. EVEN when you FINALLY make an account, somehow the password YOU -YOURSELF- put is "incorrect" according to the app.

6. It's the first time I download the app, I entered my number said it's already registered.

7. They will keep charging you whenever you add money to your account and will refuse to cancel it.

8. It is cheating they renew without asking me and when I try to stop renewing they say you are not subscripting any of our options.

1. Fix MYKOREK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MYKOREK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MYKOREK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MYKOREK" » Open MYKOREK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MYKOREK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MYKOREK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MYKOREK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MYKOREK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MYKOREK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MYKOREK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MYKOREK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MYKOREK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MYKOREK not working

2. Fix MYKOREK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MYKOREK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MYKOREK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MYKOREK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
